To support these partner networks, Wellness Health Centre provides branded signage, a full range of family planning products, antenatal and delivery and advertising to increase the reach of the clinic.

Wellness Health Clinic trains providers in and out of clinics, and provides orientation on our newest products through medical detaining during routine sales.
In wellness Health Centre, we offer the following treatment/services:
Diabetes: With diabetes, your body either doesn’t make enough insulin or can’t use it as well as it should. Diabetes is a chronic (long-lasting) health condition that affects how your body turns food into energy. Most of the food you eat is broken down into sugar (also called glucose) and released into your bloodstream. Wellness Health Center provides services and counselling to diabetes patient every MONDAY
High blood pressure: You have high blood pressure if you have several blood pressure readings that are high, taken on different occasions, and when you are relaxed. High blood pressure (hypertension) is a blood pressure that is 140/90 mm Hg or above each time it is taken at the GP surgery, or home or ambulatory readings where the average is more than 135/85 mm Hg. Wellness health center provides services and counselling to the high blood pressure patient every TUESDAY
Antenatal care: Antenatal care should be readily and easily accessible and should be in an environment which enables women to discuss confidential issues such as domestic violence, sexually transmitted infections, mental health problems or recreational drug use.
Injuries/wounds care: The first thing to do before addressing any wound is to perform an overall assessment of the patient. An acronym used to guide this process step by step is HEIDIE: 1. History – The patient’s medical, surgical, pharmacological and social history. 2. Examination – Of the patient as a whole, then focus on the wound. 3. Investigations – What blood tests, x-rays, scans do you require to help make your… 4. Diagnosis – Aetiology / pathology. 5. Implementation – Implementation of the plan of care. 6. Evaluation – Monitor, assess progress and adjust management regimen, refer on or seek advice.
Health counselling: Patient counselling refers to the process of providing vital information, advice and assistance. It’s done to help the patients with their medications and to ensure they take them properly.
Convulsion: The generalized convulsion is characterized by loss of consciousness, which may lead to the physical collapse of the individual. The body becomes rigid for a moment and then begins to jerk violently. During this time, the patient may injure themselves, lose control of their bladder, or bite the tongue.
Family Planning: The organization believes that family planning is a critical component of a patient’s preventive health care and should be available to all patients in the form of comprehensive, compassionate, well-informed contraceptive care. A key focus area is increased access to long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) for adolescent females.
3 years contraceptive: You normally have a contraceptive implant for 3 years, but it can be left in and will continue to work for up to 4 years. The risk of getting pregnant during the 4th year is very low.
Morning after-pill: The morning–after pill is a type of emergency birth control (contraception). Emergency contraception is used to prevent pregnancy for women who’ve had unprotected sex or whose birth control method has failed. The morning–after pill is intended for backup contraception only, not as a primary method of birth control.
